The Main House

The 7 spacious bedrooms have deep mattresses, the finest quality linen and have been thoughtfully decorated with a refreshing combination of the traditional mixed with the contemporary. All the rooms have been individually designed and are with antique furnishings staying true to the character of the house. In the bathrooms, you can relax and unwind after a day in the countryside with a soak in the bath. All rooms have wonderful views of the surrounding mountains, the Ultima Esperanza Sound & glaciers.

To indulge yourself Bories House can offer a breakfast in bed service and can also provide spa treatments and massages by request. A selection of books to read are available from the lounge area. Details of the rooms and rates are shown on the individual pages. By pre booking our Dinner or Bed & Breakfast package you could save up to US$20 per couple. * Please respect our no smoking policy that we hold throughout the premises.

tERMS & CONDITIONS

Serving times
Breakfast is served from 7.00am up until 10.00am.

Single occupancy
There is a US$20 reduction for single occupancy.

Cancellation
To guarantee your reservation we require a 30% deposit, the remainder is due (70%) 30 days before your check in date at Bories House.

Cancellations and reimbursements:
30 or more days before check in date..........................................full refund
29 - 10 days before check in date................................................50% payment due
9 days before check in date .........................................................100% payment due
No Show .......................................................................................... No refund

Prepaymeny required
In case of high demand on rooms on a specific date we would require a 50%
deposit (not refundable) to be paid within 7 days of making the reservation. If
payment is not received within this time limit the reservation will automatically
be cancelled.

Animals
For the comfort and relaxation of all guests Bories House don´t allowed pets.

Smoking
Please refrain from smoking in any of Bories House rooms & cottage.
